I don't know if I would say Hamlin is a nice guy (look how he spoke to Kim) but certainly seems like less of a dick now compared to Chuck.
The real tragedy is that regardless of what you make of Jimmy, Chuck is right I suppose. If you look at his actions throughout the series (and think about his actions in Breaking Bad) he really still is Slippin' Jimmy. He's not a bad guy at heart at all but he's still a bit of a conman. It was just heartbreaking though to see Jimmy come to the realisation. Especially after everything he's done for Chuck through his "illness".
And though it was overshadowed by Chuck's revelation, I thought Mike's short speech in the car about bad cops and good criminals, was another stand out moment of the episode.
